Scratching the Surface - An International Show of Scratchboard Works
Scratching The Surface: An International Show of Scratchboard Works at the Dean Johnson Gallery (http://www.deanjohnson.com/) Indianapolis, IN
Running from March 6-March 26 Opening Reception March 6 from 5 to 9pm
The show will have between 75-100 scratchboard works hanging from aprox. 25 members of the scratchboard forum. It will include works from all over the world with submitted works from the US, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, and Australia and subject matters ranging from wildlife, domestic animals, people, still life, and fantasy works. To our knowledge this is the first ever exclusively scratchboard show to ever be held, anywhere... and it is happening all because of the awesome members here on WC!
Approximately 10 to 15 of the artists are planning on attending the opening.
We welcome everyone who is in the area or simply would love to see some outstanding scratchboard artwork to come see the show or attend the opening! Invite your friends too!!
