INTERNET SITES TO SELL YOUR WORK
I have compiled a list of sites where you can exhibit and sell your
work online. It is by no means complete and please
add to
this if you have discovered any others.
REDBUBBLE
This site, in my opinion is
the best site for several
reasons.
Most importantly, they have a branch in
Australia which
means less expensive postage costs for us to buy our own work and
the option to promote your work to Austalians knowing that they
don't have to pay exorbitant postage costs to purchase your
work.
The range of products which can be printed from your
artwork/photography is extensive from the least expensive Cards
(
which are the best quality cards I have ever seen by the way
and certainly not thin and flimsy) to the top of the range
framed wall art.
The community is one of the friendliest, most helpful group of
artists you could hope to meet. There are a lot of Australian
artists on RedBubble which makes the community even more
appealing.
The quality and professionalism of the printed products are
outstanding.

Joining and setting up a shop on Artbreak is
FREE. Artbreak
is not a retailer. Although Artbreak is commonly referred to as an
online marketplace, it is important to realize that Artbreak is not
a traditional "retailer". Instead, Artbreak acts as a venue to
allow an individual who complies with the Guidelines of Artbreak to
offer, sell, and buy certain goods which comply with the guidelines
of Artbreak, within a fixed price format. Artbreak is not involved
in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers.
I have set up a shop on ArtBreak which is really easy to do and the
site has a nice clean look and feel with an extremely friendly
community.
